Thanks to information technology and our automated equipment, unique in Quebec, our factory pre-manufactures high-precision structural components (insulated floor and roof modules and insulated panel walls with pre-installed doors and windows) in series before delivery to the site to significantly speed up assembly work on construction sites.
Using modular prefabrication technology, our modular facility can produce an advanced level of factory construction. Structural elements and costly interior and exterior finishing tasks, traditionally done on-site, are 90% done at the factory level to take your multi-unit projects to another level of finishing and another speed of construction.
Thanks to this very recent innovation, our pod factory manufactures mechanical modules 100% offsite. These modules are designed to eliminate the comings and goings of multiple trades that traditionally have to work simultaneously in tight spaces on-site. The pod centralizes the equipment, wiring and ventilation ducts, plumbing, heating and electricity in a single and ingenious mechanical module. The pod also includes preinstalled standard equipment such as kitchen cabinets, full bathroom and wardrobes to get your multi-unit building projects to the next level.
Our integrated production plants, automated equipment and customized painting lines allow us complete autonomy in the supply of PVC and hybrid doors and windows for our panelized, modular and hybrid building systems. We factory-install doors and windows in our pre-engineered walls to bring efficiency gains and added value to your building sites.
The prefabrication and construction of energy-efficient multi-unit properties help reduce the impact of your buildings on the environment, reduce the energy consumption of your building portfolio and promotes more efficiently building strategies. Our multiplexes are designed and manufactured with FSC wood, eco-responsible materials and 100% recyclable insulation systems. Responsible and respectful of the environment, our pre-engineered and prefabricated construction systems generate only 2% of waste which, in turn, are recycled.
